Support multiple forwards for restreaming #178

thomas: Because as you can see, it's all working fine when it's only me logging into my own product. Because I'm only sending one stream to the SRS server. So every time I make a forward, it's just forwarding that particular stream. But I most certainly plan on having more than one customer.

Dwayne: I think this would be the next priority for me :). be nice to offer this to clients

Winlin: I will support more than one forward task.
