Replace nodejs by Go as backend server. #48

  1. Go: Remove upgrade feature, only support manually upgrade.
  2. Go: Remove prometheus and node-exporter images.
  3. Go: Replace nodejs by Go for mgmt, new docker image.
  4. Go: Replace nodejs by Go for platform.
