added the option on neuroscience podcast. #34

a neurosciene podcast is a great way to gain more knowledege. for students pursuing bioinformatics, listening to people in the field can add the touch of university and aspiration.

Added the Huberman Lab podcast from Stanford.

While this seems like a popular and interesting podcast ("In 2021, Dr. Huberman launched the Huberman Lab Podcast. The podcast is frequently ranked in the Top 25 of all podcasts globally and is often ranked #1 in the categories of Science, Education, and Health & Fitness.") It's not clear that it's a learning resource for bioinformatics.
