Updated Compeau-Pevzner Specialization courses #4

For "Bioinformatics 1," the course "Finding Hidden Messages in DNA" is more appropriate for this curriculum than is "Biology Meets Programming: Bioinformatics for Beginners," as your curriculum requires students to learn Python and algorithm things early on, so the "Bioinformatics for Beginners" Coursera course is far too simple for the students at this point.

Also, since you propose students take the 6 courses in the Compeau-Pevzner "Bioinformatics Algorithms" Specialization Track, I added the last one (the Capstone Project) so students can 1) do everything in the series, and 2) gain the specialization track certificate if they so desire.
