changed the Data Structures and Algorithms section to be the same as CS OSSU. Added duration, effort, prerequisites, discussion(only for the ones that are available in CS OSSU) to each course, and organized them into tables. also added Topics covered to each section.

@waciumawanjohi the reason why i edited is to like like the CS curriculum, which is more appealing somehow. feel free to edit/pass my commits. and thanks for your time .

There are a number of changes to the curriculum here that have not gone through an RFC process. Bundling them together makes it difficult to have a discussion about each choice. Please take each substantive change that you wish to see and turn that into an issue using the RFC template.
