Upgrade to sbt-ossuminc 0.14.1 to get MiMa support
Change scala.yml to invoke MiMa commands after build
Set the previous version to 0.52.1
Filter out problems with RiddlBuildInfo which is generated
Fix a bug in ParseCommand
Test with the new institutional-commerce app
