the tests are passing locally, I'm not sure what's wrong (yet)

Sorry for the commit pollution, next time I'll create a new branch in the first place to test against the github actions there. Workflows for osx and windows are failing because of TestPagedQueryUsingIndex (osx) / TestPagedQueryUsingIndex (windows).
