Run and parser refactoring

Refactor parser:

• extract options into constant strings, use in help and parsing.
• add parsing options for fill buffer and cpu pinning.
• format help to align columns for short, long, params and description.
• parse file names and directories for --text option.

Refactor run:

• control over cpu pinning and fill buffer.
• merge all text and only run one benchmark over it.
• Use search path set by environment variable SMART_DATA_DIR.

I've done a bunch of testing and it seems to work OK. Try it out.
