Fixed two minor spelling mistakes and cleaned up link #30

I just found this repo and it looks super cool and useful. Read the README.md and noticed two minor spelling mistakes and the broken link at the end, so i fixed that instead of making an issue that just says these issues exist.

Honestly it feels almost rude to make a PR about grammer and a link looking kinda wonky, but i couldnt help myself. It happens to the best of us, and im no exception to this rule.

Thanks for making this, i will definitely come back to this many times when making myself a full sorting system with gridfinity!
