Added Cen-Tec Quick-Connect adapter option for connector 2 #6

Added new connector 2 adapter for Cen-tec Quick-Connect hoses which is a quick-release hose solution for workshop tools.

I appreciate the suggestion. Though I would like to try to avoid including an STL for the connector if we can. I have attempted to model the CenTec connector. But I dont have the CenTec system so I cant test them.

@gcoan, would you mind testing the connector? Its only a draft, and only the connector itself, I have not yet done the code to connect it up with other connectors.

Thanks for the suggestions, I have added Cen-Tec Quick-Connect adapter, by modeling it in OpenSCAD. So will close this one.

Sorry I hadn't got around to testing the model, I'll do so soon. Agree, my solution was a bit of a bodge, modelling it properly was the right thing to do
