demo 跑不起来，为什么server 不需要注册到consul maven里没有加入consul的依赖包 配置里也没有consul的配置 #2

使用Registrator注册，之前早看到了，你这个项目不维护了吗？对于其他的服务注册中心可以支持不？比如etcd
