Will like to write integration tests it will be easier if we had the DummyServer implementation available also.

Hello, I don’t see why this would be needed: the network is handled by net-http2, which does have a dummy server for integration testing: https://github.com/ostinelli/net-http2/blob/master/spec/support/dummy_server.rb

What are you missing in apnotic?
