Additions, fixes and proposals #2

  1. Fixed russian idtfs for some concepts.
  2. Added section_subjdomain_of_languages and sections for natural and artificial languages within it. Moved information about natural languages in section_subjdomain_of_natural_languages.
  3. Added subdividings for lexemes.
  4. Added a lot of PROPOSALs, TODOs and FIXMEs. There are questions to discuss: terminology, architecture, codestye and classifications of lexemes.
