Removed `firebase` in favour of `Firebase` #12

Its not so good to have two folders with the same name and different case as it causes confusion between case-sensitive and non-case-sensitive OSes (ie Linux and Mac).

Thanks a lot. Just for the records: Mac and Linux are case sensitive but if you sync them through Dropbox, as Dropbox deals with Windows also which is not case sensitive, Dropbox requires names uniqueness.
