Add child causes error #40

Describe the bug When going into a PBI and adding a child task fails

Environment:

To Reproduce

  1. Go to a PBI that is not assigned to anyone [added later]
  2. Click on 'Add Child'
  3. Enter a name
  4. Press "enter" "Value cannot be null" is reported and the task is not added. It does not look like the task is created (without a parent)

Expected behavior The task is created and linked as a child.

I found a way to bypass it, and potentially the root cause. If the parent PBI does not have anyone assigned to it, it crashes. As soon as I assign it, I can add child tasks.

I think the problem is related to the new Azure DevOps Boards Hub.
