Add soletta-nodejs to the Node.js runtime package group #10

Pull in the JS bindings to the images by adding soletta-nodejs package to the Node.js runtime package group.

Build is failing...is that expected? I guess not.

Failure is expected since it is dependent on [1] and [2]. All three PRs should be merged at the same time.
