manual update of meta-ostro and meta-intel-iot-security #210

Updating meta-ostro and meta-intel-iot-security is required for updating meta-swupd. Updating meta-openemebedded is not strictly required, but may be needed soon to pull in a newer libarchive.

Full update is currently broken, meta-java first needs a fix for the bb.data.getVar() removal in bitbake.
