Three new nodes: RandomU8Node, RandomI16Node, and RandomF64Node created to encapsulate the possible return types from the random number generators.
Added three new functions which return closures for initializing nodes: normal, uniform, and random_bit.

I'm adding everyone on the review just in case people would like to see some examples of creating nodes. Let me know if you have any questions.

Closing as the node architecture changed and this needs huge updates.
