Feature request: shorter configurable batt-state intervall @powering #24

Hi

very nice app. thanks.

perhaps you could make another configurable intervall for sending batt state, when the device is powered.

This can save power while running on batteries and also can make it more precision to trickle charge devices in solar enviroments. A charge-up cut off at 70-90% saves live of batterie and power loss of the last percent of loading.
