Addresses not adding from the front end form

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enter email address in the textbox
2. Hit submit or enter

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The loading image appears and the textbox fades out, however nothign further 
happens and 
addresses are not added to the database.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Same problem with Safari and Firefox on Mac OS X 10.4 and IE7 on Windows Server 
2003.

Please provide any additional information below.
The problem is in effect at http://www.darrengroth.com/site/ Sounds similar to 
some of the 
older problems posted here, akthough this one goes as far as the loading gif 
and the older code 
errors seem to have been corrected in the version I'm using.

I have experienced the problem on Safari 3.0.2 (522.13.1)

The following browsers appear to be unaffected:
Firefox 2.0.0.4
Opera 9.21
Internet Explorer 7.0

I too have the same problems as highlighted by both messages above. Is there 
anyone
that actually is going to update this? I would love to help but my php 
knowledge is
nil ..... unfortunately.

I ran out of time, had to go with another solution. Shame, this one looked 
promising.
