timeout exceded when I send to 13000 subscribers #66

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I have a database with 13000 records and I click "Send", I receive the
message: "timeout excedded"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I need fix this, but don´t have knowledge about this.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
