HTML support, possibly via RSS? #72

Feature Request:

This project looks like one of the better wordpress newsletter plugins 
available, but it is missing one key feature, HTML support.

I know that recent RSS formats support some basic formating, including 
images, and I thought this might be an easy way to pull in HTML like output 
from built in wordpress funcionality.

It doesn't really matter to me how it works, but I would love to see this 
one added feature
