Update Robot Model & MoveIt Collision Environment #8

Add robot tool models to URDF. Add robot cart model to URDF or collision environment.

This needs done to avoid crashing robot during testing.

Added robot EEF models to robot-support package. https://github.com/osu-capstone-afrl/robot-support

Added robot table to environment, base simplified to just a box. Using geometrically decimated backing plate mesh.

Collision files are all convex hulls.
