CreatePlan: URL change on "Enter" key press while searching courses. #31

Hitting the "Enter" key while searching for courses will change the URL and cause a refresh of the page. Resetting any courses that were already selected.

Pressing enter while "search courses" input is focused now correctly searches for courses without changing the URL
