UI tile and footer updates, test suite updates, ruby update #214

UI updates to the footer and new tiles for both plot and plant. Entire tile is now clickable, there are some neat shadow effects, and the text/spacing has been updated.

@jackpetersen3 has been working on updating the test suite, as of right now the test suite is green and has minor updates.

Ruby updated from 3.1.0 -> 3.1.1
