Adjust voting notification #121

Shaun: I think it might be a good idea to not display a flash message thanking for each vote. It might be a bit much to see that every time - unless it were to automatically fade away and not cause a layout change.

I think there should be some type of confirmation. The images change but I still think it's good to recognize that the vote is loaded. If you want to make it fade away, that's cool, but I wouldn't get rid of it entirely.

Maybe we could have a fading notification that is fixed to the top of the browser? That way it wouldn't affect the page layout.
