More or less a test to see if this is working?

Removed dev deployment
Repurposed staging deployment to kick in when merges are made to master
Repurposed master deployment to run only when a tagged release starting with v is made, e.g. v0.0.1-alpha-abcdefg
Added a template for automatic release note generation on such releases
Use github environments rather than actions secrets for secrets specific to the staging & production environments.
