Overview

We want verifiers to be able to submit tournaments and have these tournaments automatically begin processing.

[x] When a user who has the verifier role submits a Tournament, automatically set the ProcessingStatus of the tournament to TournamentProcessingStatus.NeedsMatchData.

Turns out this behavior is already implemented. Cool.
