Description

Added .gitignore, Reporting_Bad_Behaviour/Handling_Cheating/zh.md and Reporting_Bad_Behaviour/zh.md. I think there was a translation previously(in old wiki), however it disappeared. Added .gitignore for gVim.

Status

Finished. Awaiting for review.
