I added an arbitrary smoothing factor that I find good enough for it to improve cursor movement when streams are present. Snapping to circles (jumps) and slider movement is relatively unchanged by it, but let me know if there are some weird movement on jumps, basically anything other than streams.
I haven't found a solution for the cursor spinning the spinner before all the notes before it are tapped, so there's that.
