Fix relax and sudden death not being mutually exclusive #317

The game mods Relax and Sudden Death are supposed to be mutually exclusive (either one can be on, but never both), which is not present in the current release build. This PR fixes that issue.

Also the way the game handles mutually exclusive mods are... something else.

On further discussion, it appears that this is intended, so I'll be closing this PR.
