Remove Chimu integration and replace with a multiple beatmap mirror system #346

In this PR I replace the Chimu WebView with an integrated UI for beatmap listing mirrors.

Additionally this supports multiple beatmap mirrors, currently only osu.direct.

I think beatmap filter may be a big deal for some players, but let's keep that for follow-up sometime later.
