Can we add a chat box to the services view? #41

If so, this would be a very useful feature.

@stefaniebuck001 do you want an actual chat window or do you want to have it open in a popup so they don't lose it as soon as they click something on the screen?

Good question. I had thought window but the window would go away if they leave that screen so perhaps a pop-up that stays on top would be better.

We are going to wait until we hear for sure which chat service we are going with.
