Collapse academic units where appropriate #13

Many of our academic units have no name change but are represented as different entities. We will use the following rules to collapse the information: 1) IF the child unit name does not change but the parent unit name does change AND the date ranges for the child units are continuous (no break) THEN combine to child units into one entity. 2) IF the child unit names are the same AND the parent unit names are the same BUT there are breaks in the timeline THEN combine the child units.
