For the following fields:

Maura Valentino's Slack message from May 9, 2017: All are should. I think we need controlled vocabularies with drop downs for time required, typical age range, learning resource type and interactivity type. Interactivity type can be repeatable. is based on URL can only have 1.

@mlv611 can you please provide all of the required information that you mentioned above? Preferably by the end of the week this week. Putting it into a comment in this issue is fine.
