Karow and Lutz PDF - in Steve's SAContent folder

I uploaded the Karow & Lutz article with barebones metadata. It is set to Private.

Since this is from OHQ, I'm not sure what's appropriate for License, Rights Statement, or Publisher.

Please advise!
