Increase remaining days until cert renewal to 32 from 30 #3

This will stop Nagios from warning us about LetsEncrypt certificates expiring shortly before they're automatically renewed.

Jenkins has merged this PR into master and has automatically performed a minor-level version bump to v1.1.0. Have a nice day!
