@ArtofBugs looks like the osl-imap-test::letsencrypt recipe needs to update the service[apache2] notifications to apache2_service[osuosl]

I also see the same issue in the osl-acme cookbook. Can you please fix that?

I've fixed this here and also have a new PR for osl-acme.
