Fix 'settings.py' in cookbook #2

Currently 'settings.py' is a symlink to pgd/settings.py, this symlink should be removed and the code which calls settings.py should call pgd/settings.py directly.

This symlink is in the Virtual-Machine created by chef and occurs in recipes/database.rb ~line 97.
