Change or abstract out repository referenced in attributes #4

At this time the repository is hardcoded in the attributes files. At the least, this repository should be changed to our repository. Ideally, this should be changed to be something which can be changed at runtime or something.

Be aware that Sarvesh's repository has the PGD code itself one extra directory down, so the other cookbook stuff may need modification. If you see stuff like this, fix it!

[2014-12-17T00:57:00+00:00] ERROR: template[/home/vagrant/pgd/pgd/settings.py](pgd_cookbook::default line 49) had an error: Chef::Exceptions::EnclosingDirectoryDoesNotExist: Parent directory /home/vagrant/pgd/pgd does not exist

That is a sign of excessive nesting for our repo's version of PGD.
