Make PGD Cookbook compatible with PGD Develop Branch #9

Currently the cookbook is not compatible with the develop branch of PGD, only with the Django 1.6 version developed by sarvesh.

This will necessitate commenting out and changing bunches of stuff which will hopefully be brought back into play when we get develop back up to 1.6, so don't delete anything. :-)
