1 year ago @ramereth sorry about the lack of a response - guess no one saw this issue until now. When you say "managed mail VM", what exactly does that mean? For context, here are our needs, as far as I understand them:
- We ideally would have individual @seagl.org mailboxes for folks, though we could possibly work around the lack of this with some alias forwarding + rules in folks' personal inboxes
- We need some kind of sharing mechanism for certain email addresses (think coc@seagl.org, program@seagl.org etc.) where multiple people will want to respond to emails as they come in
- We need people to be able to send from @seagl.org mailing addresses, including the above shared addresses
- We have pretty standard mailing list needs, though we'd ideally like to be able to administer lists ourselves
What would you recommend we do given the above list of needs?

We need to migrate lists from google-groups to a mailman instance. For now, we have two options:
mailmailman VM (which would give you the most flexibility)Right now we can support mailman2 easily, but we could look into what's involved with adding mailman3 support. Do you have a preference for which way you'd like to have this hosted?
