A few ideas for useful metrics for an OSL dashboard:

number of open PRs
number of open support tickets
number of VMs available on openstack / ganeti, by some standard metric - m2.small?
number of colo spaces remaining according to a standard metric
who's on call via pagerduty
most starred/forked OSL repos in the last $n days
!onscreen feature?

Let me know if I should break these up into smaller issues.
