Strengthen security measures

Implement the following to strengthen security:

• [x] Check that the name field has allowed characters

• [x] Use a token to verify the app is talking to the correct form
  • [x] Tests
• [x] Create a hidden field in the form - if this field is filled out, a robot likely submitted the form
  • [x] Tests
• [ ] Rate limiting - only respond to form so many times per second
  • [ ] Tests
• [ ] Don't accept duplicate form within time period (minutes? hour?)
  • [ ] Tests

Other possibilities:

• Limit number of fields allowed in form
• reCaptcha
