iPad site page UI side scrolls #646

Description: On iPad, on both Chrome and Safari browser, the site gui scrolls left leaving a weird blank area to the right. The background stays in place.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Log in
  2. Click Search sites
  3. Navigate to a site page of any of the sites
  4. Swipe from right to left
  5. Scroll up and down to really see the effects

Expected Results: Page can only scroll up and down. All elements stay within iPad frame. Actual results: Page can scroll to the right.

Notes: This was found on both Chrome and Safari on iPad on Streamwebs staging. An editor account was used. Versions: Chrome: 64.0.3282.112
