Fixed side scrolling issues on site details (affects laptops as well) #653

fixes issue #646

Changes in this PR.

  1. Open up a site detail on ipad, or laptop
  2. Try to side scroll
  3. See that you can't

Expected Output.

$ make test
[... test output ...]

@hertelc This should be tested on ipads, etc before merging.

@JerryPeng0112 , thanks! I updated the related task to "ready for review" and moved it back into this Production 1.0.0 milestone.

Just tested on iPad, works as expected. Going to go ahead and merge, if thats alright.
