Rename Vagrantfile parameters to align with Ganeti terminology #1

Many of the parameters in the Vagrantfile are a little confusing for Ganeti users. Here's is what I suggest for the change:

ganeti.username -> ganeti.rapi_user ganeti.password -> ganeti.rapi_pass ganeti.host -> ganeti.cluster ganeti.os_name -> ganeti.os_type
