Remove ganeti.mode and use "create" by default

There's really no need to use anything other than the create mode for Vagrant. The other modes would be rarely if ever used in the case of Vagrant.

Its optional Anyways .It defaults to create If not set

Oh I see, then I would leave it but take it out of the default example. Keep it in the documentation though.
