all tests for search implemented except for test_basic_display_matches()
Fixed pip2 freeze so output displays correctly.
Cleaned up code. Added robustness to search command.

Search will now handle encoding errors which can arrise from international packages. Also, search will display 50 results at a time; requiring the user to press enter to view more.
