Support for Muut commenting engine #113

I'd like to put in a request for Muut.com support. The most up to date guide on how to use Muut together with a Ghost blog appears to be this one:

I'm in no rush, just wanna see if there's some interest for this. Hopefully this kind of feature will be left to Ghost plugins soon anyhow.

Muut looks like an improvement over Disqus, but compared to Medium's comment system, still pales in comparison, if we can find an api/system that can power that (per-paragraph commenting), I'd be all over implementing it Medium-stylie.

Otherwise, not so fussed about switching comment systems myself, but I am sure others may appreciate the option.
